Its a bishOUNEN. (lol, Commodore)
I've been too damn exhausted to finish my traditional WIPs, and somehow drawing digital bishonen doesn't feel as taxing for me. XD So here he is. While I was working on him I didn't know what to name the file, and I was listening to "Desolation Row," so I decided to call him Kane. ("...all except for Cane and Abel...") Since I've drawn a fictional person and given him a name, I guess that qualifies as an OC. But he doesn't have a story...hm...
He's a librarian. Yes. He shelves books with a mysterious and seductive air that drives all the library patrons wild.

Oh, and his tattoo: I don't know Japanese, so I have no idea if what I wrote is right or even legal. But its supposed to be read as "jiyuu" (freedom) from left to right across the top, and "jishin" (self-confidence) down the left. They're sharing the "ji" (something like "oneself"). It was really stupid for me to write in a language I don't know, but...I thought it looked cool. *dork*
